Our site is rustic, natural, and somewhat primitive and we like it that way! If that's your style too, we look forward to renting our space.

To make sure that each couple has the magical wedding weekend of their dreams, we host an extremely limited number of large-size weddings.

Bring in your favorite caterer, event planner, or local vendor!

We speak locavore and love supporting our fellow L.I. farms, wineries, brewers, musicians, artisan food producers, distillers, and restaurants and caterers.

2024 Weddings

June, Sept. and October 2024 are booked but there are some weekends in July and August available.

2025 Weddings

We only book 1 year in advance so we won’t begin booking for 2025 until early 2024.

Wedding Details

Weddings for 50 - 200 guests include private use of the entire grounds.

Set up & Rehearsal: 3 hr. between the hours of 4 pm -7 pm the day before your event.

Wedding Day: 4 pm - 10 pm

Music: Amplified music or DJ must be set up in our designated area and end by 9 pm

Décor: PRHF is available to decorate with our vintage flare for an additional fee

Floral: Table arrangements and floral design is available for an additional fee

Bridal Suite: Our “Tool Shed” is the perfect spot please ask us if you are considering it.

Clean up and Breakdown: 10 am -12 pm the day after

Onsite staff: PRH Farm staff is available the week prior and the day-of
for logistical coordination with deliveries, vendors, parking, *trash removal, etc… this needs to be discussed before your big day.

 

Parties & Micro Wedding Details

For 25-45 guests
includes private use of designated areas on the grounds Tea garden, Glass Greenhouse, Picnic, Pond and Patio Areas

Set up & Clean-Up: Set up and personal decorations, wedding ceremony or event, photos, refreshments, and décor removal, trash cleanup must be completed by the couple/family/group within the 5 hours or agreed upon time frame.
No drop-offs, installing or storage of personal décor and items will be available before or after the event.

Day Of: After business hours site available for 5 hours between 4 pm - 9 pm

Catering: Use of our “Cook Shed” area for catered food delivery, prep, and serving

Music: Amplified music or DJ must be set up in our designated area and end by 9 pm

Floral/Décor: Table arrangements,floral design and PRH Farm vintage décor is available for an additional fee

Trash Removal: Use of our onsite dumpster/recycling bins for *trash removal

Bathrooms: Use of our 2-existing port-a-lavs with additional cleaning just prior to the event

Rain Date: One rain date in the event of inclement weather

Recycle & Reuse & Donate

We strongly encourage and applaud the use of biodegradable or re-useable dinnerware, recycling glass bottles and cans, donations of leftover food and flowers to charities, and discourage the use of artificial floral décor, plastic confetti, and balloons.

Plants, Boutonnieres, Floral Arrangements

Floral and plant décor is our passion and our specialty and is always available at additional cost.

What is included with the venue rental?

Peconic River Herb Farm supplies the venue which includes a large riverfront lawn and garden areas, Tent site, parking, electricity, water and dumpster for clean-up, and three on-site portable lavatories.

Wedding Planning

The event organizer is responsible for supplying a tent (if needed), additional portable lavatories, food, music, seating, trash removal, party supplies, photographer, outsourced flowers, and all additional needs for their event.

Available Space on the property

Our Glass Greenhouse, Tea Garden, and Tool Shed areas are suitable and available to rent for smaller gatherings. Our site is rustic, natural, and somewhat primitive and we like it that way!
